Privacy policy — Law 18-07

In one paragraph

We collect the minimum needed to run your account: identity and contact details, billing records, and technical usage logs. We do not sell data, we do not run advertising trackers, and this website sets no cookies. Your prompts pass through our gateway and are sent to the model provider for inference only; they are not used by us to train models.

1. Data controller

The data controller is the operator named in the terms of use. Requests can be sent through the client area or by email; we answer within 30 days.

2. Data we collect

• Account data: name or company name, phone, email, tax ID if you request an invoice.
• Billing data: top-ups, invoices, payment references. No card numbers are stored.
• Technical data: API request metadata (timestamp, model, tokens, cost, request ID) kept 12 months.
• Support data: the content of your support conversations.

We do not store the body of your prompts or model responses beyond transient processing.

3. Purposes and legal basis

Data is processed to perform the contract, to comply with legal obligations (accounting, invoicing) and on the basis of our legitimate interest for security. We do not process your data for automated decision-making that produces legal effects.

4. Recipients and transfers

Prompt content is transmitted to the model provider (notably Alibaba Cloud Model Studio) for inference. Billing is handled by our payment partner and our accountant. These transfers may involve servers outside Algeria.

5. Retention

Account data is kept while the account is active and for 5 years after closure for accounting obligations. Technical logs 12 months, support conversations 24 months. Data you ask us to delete is removed within 30 days.

6. Your rights

Under Law 18-07 you have the right to information, access, rectification, deletion, objection and portability. You may also refer the matter to the national authority responsible for personal data protection.

7. Cookies and analytics

This website is static and sets no cookies, runs no advertising and includes no third-party analytics script. The console uses only a session cookie required for your login.

8. Security

Traffic is encrypted in transit. Access to our production servers is restricted and logged. In case of a breach affecting your data, we notify you and the competent authority.
